14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your order and return it for a refund within 14 days of the day you receive it. You don't need to give a reason. To cancel, email absencesssssssssss@gmail.com with your order number. Then send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us.
Condition of returns
Please take reasonable care of the item. We may reduce your refund if it has been used beyond what was needed to inspect it.
Return costs
You pay the cost of returning an item if you have changed your mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will pay for the return. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until we have received the item, or you have shown proof of return, before refunding. We refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost to your original payment method, at no charge to you.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you notice, with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
Your legal rights
Under Irish consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 17 business days, please contact us and we will look into it.
